Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover your use of FlyQuote, including the dashboard, the embeddable forms, and the quoting tools. Creating an account means you agree to them. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do that.
What you're getting
FlyQuote gives you tools to build lead-capture forms, collect customer information and media, and draft priced quotes from call transcripts and photos. We keep the product running and reasonably reliable. We don't guarantee that any quote FlyQuote drafts is accurate or complete. It's a starting point you review before sending, not a final word on price.
Pricing, estimates, and calculations
FlyQuote helps you build estimates and computes line items, quantities, markups, minimum charges, taxes, and totals from the cost types, rates, formulas, and answers that you and your customers provide. Those calculations are only as accurate as the information and settings you configure.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every estimate— including all quantities, unit prices, markups, taxes, minimum charges, and totals — before you send it to a customer, sign it, or otherwise rely on it. FlyQuote does not set your prices, does not determine the correct tax rate for a job, and is not a party to any agreement between you and your customer. We provide the calculation tools on an as-is basis and are not responsible for pricing errors, miscalculations, rounding, or any amount you quote to or agree with your customer.
No tax, legal, or professional advice
FlyQuote is software — not an accountant, lawyer, or licensed contractor. Nothing in the product, including suggested prices, calculated tax amounts, document templates, or generated estimates, is tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your figures, the taxes you charge, and the terms and disclosures your jurisdiction requires. Consult your own professionals.
Your account and credits
Plans include a monthly credit allotment. Credits get spent on specific actions, like publishing a form, capturing a lead, or embedding on a domain, and unused credits from a billing cycle don't roll over unless we say otherwise on your plan. Credits bought through a top-up pack don't expire.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us right away.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of the forms you build and the data your customers submit through them. By using FlyQuote you give us permission to store and process that data solely to provide the service, not to use it for anything else.
You're responsible for having the right to collect whatever you ask your customers for through a form, and for how you use their data once you have it. FlyQuote is the tool, not the compliance department for your business.
Acceptable use
Don't use FlyQuote to collect data you don't have a legitimate business reason to collect, to send spam, or to publish forms for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do this, generally with notice, immediately in serious cases.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we'll work with you if something on our end genuinely went wrong.
Service availability
We aim for the platform to be available and working correctly, but we don't promise zero downtime. Scheduled maintenance and the occasional bug happen. We'll fix problems as fast as we reasonably can.
Your responsibility and indemnification
You're responsible for how you use FlyQuote and for everything you send to your customers. To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify and hold FlyQuote and its team harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from the estimates, quotes, prices, forms, or communications you create or send using the platform, or from your breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
FlyQuote is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyQuote and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from: (a) errors, inaccuracies, miscalculations, or rounding in any estimate, quote, price, tax, or total produced with the platform; (b) any amount you quote to or agree with a customer; or (c) form submissions that don't come through, or downtime. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim. Always review what the product produces before you rely on it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for changes that materially affect your rights, we'll email account holders ahead of time.
