The photos are on their phone. The form is on their laptop. Solved.
A QR code hands the upload to the customer's phone and drops the photos back into the form without them losing their place.

Here's the moment that kills photo uploads: a homeowner is filling in your quote form on their laptop, hits "add photos of the problem" — and the photos are on their phone. Emailing themselves attachments is where most of them give up.
How the handoff works
When a form with a photo or video field is opened on a desktop, FlyQuote shows a QR code next to the upload field. The customer points their phone camera at it, a private upload page opens on the phone, and they snap or pick their photos there. The files appear back inside the desktop form in real time — their answers untouched, their place kept.
Why it matters for lead quality
Every extra step between a customer and "submit" costs you leads, and media is the heaviest step. The scanner turns "I'll finish this later" (they won't) into a fifteen-second detour. Leads that arrive with photos are also simply worth more — you can price them without a discovery call.
Nothing to set up
There's no configuration. Add a photo, camera, or video field to your form and the QR handoff appears automatically whenever someone needs it. The upload page is tied to that one form session and expires with it.
